Angus is a Chiropractor, Sports Performance Coach & Strength Practitioner.  

As a Chiropractor, Angus has a strong focus on injury diagnosis, management and rehabilitation. He values patient education to give an understanding to his patients on how their injuries occur, how they can be managed and how to prevent injury reoccurrence. Angus tailors personalised rehabilitation programs for his patients to ensure further prevention of injury. As a Sports Chiropractor, Angus has worked with Club and Representative Teams in AFL and Rugby Union, and individuals who have represented at National and International level across a range of different sports.

 

Angus is very involved in the sporting world as an award-winning sports coach of athletes that have represented at National and International level in Athletics, AFL, Rugby League and Rugby Union. Angus is an active Olympic Track and Field and Strength and Conditioning coach, as a personal coach to numerous Track & Field Athletes on Athletics Australia's NASS and NSWIS Track & Field programs. Angus has represented as a Team Throws Coach with Athletics Australia at the World Championships and Commonwealth Games. Angus has also been involved with coaching Rugby Union teams at club and representative level. 

 

As a sportsman Angus represented NSW in Athletics and Rugby Union, which has shaped his expectations as a coach and practitioner. Providing him an understanding of the importance of sports injury diagnosis and correct treatment in managing sporting injuries to ensure a fast and safe return to sport. 

 

Angus combines his knowledge as a Coach with his Chiropractic to achieve the best possible outcome for all of his patients. Angus values and encourages athlete enjoyment and self-improvement in their selected sports. Angus strives to continue working with athletes as a Sports Chiropractor and/or a Coach, by continually analysing and assessing their performance, to ensure the best possible outcome to improve their performance and manage injury.

  • Level 4 Specialist Throws & Level 3 Advanced Event Athletics Australia & Australian Track and Field Coaches Association Coach

  • Level 3 Elite (PCAS-E) Australian Strength and Conditioning Association Coach

  • Level 2 Sports Medicine Australia Full Professional & Sports Trainer

  • Level 2 Australian Rugby Union Coach
